I was wondering if MMF can be frozen for about 4-5 days (or even at all)? I've heard alot about the Satin Ice Fondant, but not so much about MMF. I usually only work with buttercream or I make the fondant the same day, but I'd love to save time where I can. TIA

Yes, you can freeze MMF. You can also store it at room temp up to a week as long as it's well wrapped (plastic wrap, then a ziplock bag).
