My dilemma is I have a 4 tiered wedding cake to do for 12:00 Sat afternoon and I have to fill it with Bavarian cream and obviously fondant. Can I put it in the fridge b/c of the dairy or will it be okay out over night with an A.C. on?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
I refrigerate all of my cakes (Satin Ice fondant) and have never had any problems because of it.
