I need to make a 10-inch round chocolate layer cake for part of a wedding cake. Does anyone have a good recipe that makes enough batter for this? Thanks!
WHen I need chocolate cake, I use the one on the side of the HErshey Cocoa can. Multiply it as needed.
I like the hershey cake too, but I use the dark chocolate and coffee in place of boiling water. If you're looking for a 4" tall cake, I would double the recipe.
