Modelling Chocolate

I used Modelling Chocolate for cake decorating. I made Modelling Chocolate by my self, but I have some problem to make it firm since the weather unfriendly.
Can I use CMC (tylose) or Gum Traganth to make it firm for Chocolate for Modelling? Pls give me advice. Thks

Did you let it sit? I let mine sit for 2 hours then I cover it in plastic wrap and wrap again. I use it the next day. I've made it with the temperature in the 90s and humid with no problem. Maybe someone else will have another idea.
