everytime I decorate cakes with buttercream and make decorations the buttercream is too sweet. so eating this is like eating a pound of sugar. any recipes for less sweet buttercream?
Have you tried Swiss Meringue Buttercream or Italian Meringue Buttercream? They don't use powdered sugar. They just use granulated sugar - and a very small amount compared to a normal buttercream recipe.
