I just moved to Austin, TX and am contemplating Pastry school. The 2 that I know of in town are the Art Institute of Austin Baking & Pastry Program (Le Cordon Bleu) and the Texas Culinary Academy. Any input or advice?
I have no idea, but I voted for TC. The Art Inst. is the biggest ripoff in the history of marketing brillance.
I wouldn't know. However, Bronwen Weber used to teach at one of them, I believe. She is in Dallas now.
