I have been asked to make a red velvet cake for a grooms cake which I plan on using the 12x15 sheet cake size and make it a two-layer. Does anyone have a recipe that makes that large amount? I'm trying to avoid making single batches.
well since you are needing to make a cake and not cupcakes, I would suggest using the WASC recipe adapting to the red velvet
Use the Chef Stef RV recipe on here and double/triple it. I do it all the time.
