I want to make 2 suitcases in sponge, one on top of each other. I want them to be rectangles as suitcases usually are.
How do I stack them? Stacking rounds or squares I would use a board under the top tier, dowel the bottom tier and hey presto.
Do you just plonk the top tier on top of the bottom, can you still use dowels if you dont use a board? will it sink? Do 'you ice them seperately, put them together and then do the finishing touches

Sorry for so many questions any advice really appreciated, thanks

Hi there, never made one, but if I were to do one, I would do the same way as I stack the round and square cakes. Use a board under the top tier. Ice them seperately, stack and then decorate with belts and buckles. icon_smile.gif
