I would like to make some for gifts for an anniversary party. I think I will be getting 2 molds to make them look nicer. But I am not sure as to what size of mold. Do you use a cookie scoop when filling with a mold?

Thanks
Lori

You only use the small cookie scoop if you are doing freeform truffles where you scoop the ganache after it firms you then roll it and dip it. If you are filling a mold then you won't use the scoop. icon_smile.gif

Thank you. I would assume molds make it easier but takes longer?
