I have been looking everywhere for deep 4" dummies but they are all the standard 3" deep. Does anyone know of a site that provides more sizes?

Have you asked at your cake shop? Mine can special order them for me (last time they even had a few in stock.) If you don't have any luck with yours, give mine a call. They are happy to mail items out. All of their orders are done by phone, as they aren't interested in pursuing online sales, but they are very helpful.
