What kind of recipe - icing or cake? I put it in my buttercream icing.

Anything but chocolate and other overpowering flavors that would get to muddles or complicated to enjoy by adding that. I love it with white, vanilla, yellow, lemon, cake or icing and strawberry icing though just a tiny touch.

Thank you for your replies. I mixed up a small batch (vanilla, lemon, and almond) to use in buttercream and quite frankly it doesn't smell good at all! icon_sad.gif Is that a correct combination? I've heard where others have added butter flavor instead of lemon.

The cream bouquets are an emmulsion and you will not be able to truely duplicate it by mixing extracts. The are really nice and smooth layers aromatic bouquets. Some are more vanilla-y and some are more citus floral like.
