There is a kitchen for rent/lease in my area and thought about renting it with others looking to rent a kitchen in the area. What are your thoughts/advice/warnings about that?

TIA

I rent a commercial kitchen....The kitchen is also used to cater. We do a lot of the same events. The only complaint that I have....this summer when it was really hot I am trying to keep the kitchen cool and they are loading out of the kitchen door opens- door stays open cool air out....humidity in. I had a hard time keeping MY cool! I wanted to shout shout the door!!
But I just had to keep my mouth shut.
When they are in a time crunch...and I have extra time...I felt like I should help out...and I did, it was always appreciated.
I know, if I needed it they would help me as well.
There is a lot of sharing....and I am ok with it. You have to be easy to get a long with.
Up sides....so many, a chance to advertise. Being LEGAL. My house is a my home again...not the cake shop!
I am glad I did it!! Good luck to you!

Thank you for sharing your experience jlsheik. Did you have to pay for your own insurance?
