I'm doing a 10", 8", and 6" all square cake in Dec. How many will this serve, vs. the 10/8/6 in round?? I've never done a tiered square cake, and am trying to get this lady a price, but I 1st need to know how many it will serve! Thanks all in advance!

I use earlene's serving chart but wilton also has one on their site, here they are:

To find how many servings, divide the area of the cake by the area of the serving. (to find the area, multiply width x height x depth).
