I have tons of mousse filling left over from a wedding cake, does anyone know if I can freeze it? Would it have to be re-whipped? I just hate for it all to go to waste.

I've only frozen cake with mousse filling and that worked fine. But if you can't use it now there's not much too loose by freezing it? Hope it works!
