I have seen several pictures on here of topsy turvy cakes done with styrofoam wedges rather than carving and I was wondering if anyone could help me with this method. I've never done one before of any way but I really think the styrofoam method would be the easiest for my grandmother's 80th birthday party in 2 weeks. Any help would be appreciated!!
