A heads up to those of you who-like me- love Indydebi's BC:

In my local Kroger store I saw the store brand whipped topping mix right next to the Dream Whip. (I had never noticed it before-can't really say why.)
I read the list of ingredients and the general directions on the side of the boxes, and decided they were no different. I bought the store brand for exactly HALF the price and it worked really well. The BC when I mixed it up had the same smooth velvety appearance as when using the regular Dream Whip, and the flavor was also great.

Isn't it fun when you can save some money-so you can spend it on something else!

I also use a store brand, but sometimes my frosting has been gritty and that was the culprit, now I use my baby sifter to sift the stuff before it goes. I definitely save some bucks
