Good Morning Everyone, I have one question-Is there a fast way to get fondant to harden? This has probably been ask before but I looked and didn't see it anywhere can anyone help? TIA icon_smile.gif

You can use a fan or a dehydrator. I think I ahve also heard about puttng it in the refrigerator to help it set up, but don't quote me on that one.

Add some tylose or if you are making figures, lay it on a bed of cornstarch.

I have put pieces in the oven with the light on.

Just saying my two cents worth with my sugar sculptures, I use half fondant and half gumpaste and plan ahead........
