im doing a cake tomorrow due at noon and im using darlita's moist vanilla scratch cake but i dont have andy whole milk, if i use skim will it be ok???

You will need to add a little more fat to make up for the fat removal in skim milk. A tablespoon oil for every cup of skim milk will help keep the cake moist.
