Ok, i've got a cake due in the morning. The customer wanted a pic on top of the cake. I was able to get an edible image from Shoppers Food Bakery in my area.
Now this is my 1st time using an edible image. I was told that the image would just peel off but its not. I stuck it in the freezer for a couple of minutes....still wouldn't come off.

what do i do?

its just that its getting late, i'm tire from working all day...kids..etc.

Hold the paper at opposing ends and run the back side over the edge of a cabinet. That should loosen it. I have also had to resort to taking a very sharp knife and running it gently under the edge. HTH

When they won't peel off, I put them in the freezer for a few minutes more. Try peeling it off from a different spot than the first time. If they still stick, try putting the image, face up, on the counter; then hold the backing and run the image over the edge of the counter. Kind of bend the backing down while the image stays flat.
I hope that helps.
