Ok, my very first attempt with the airbrush right now. I'm airbrushing maroon, so I lightly tinted the fondant. I've put 2 or 3 coats over my cake now and want to know if it's possible to put too many coats of spray on the fondant. I'm mixing Americolor paste in Vodka - I just guessed at the amounts... I've still got a few more coats to get my desired color of dark maroon. TIA!!

As long as you are letting it dry between coats, I don't think it is an issue. I use the regular airbrush colors though, so I am not sure about the gel with vodka stuff.
