I'm making the ball cake to be covered with fondant and I need it to stand ontop of a 2 tier cake... I'd like to make the cake more firm but how can i do that? Would I just add egg whites? I don't have sour cream or pudding in the house to add to it so that recipe is out of the question.
It's hard to find all of my favorite recipes since this website was changed around. I really dislike the layout for recipes now
