Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me how long my bc is good to use if it has been refridgerated. It has butter and heavy whipping cream in it. So dose anyone know how many days it is good for in the fridge? Also, how about the freezer? Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA!!!!

I've had leftover BC in the fridge for over a month and it was fine - just needed to be re-whipped and maybe a little extra liquid added. Just keep it in a tightly sealed container. I'm sure it freezes well too.

My wilton instructor just told the class yesterday that your icing is only as good as the expiration date of the ingredients you put in it.

No idea if she's right but I'm curious at what other people think.
