Usually they have the seedless in jars
My daughter has a seed phobia, so I've figured out that you can put warmed preserves through a fine mesh strainer to remove seeds, if somehow you end up with the seeded kind. Sometimes you have to scrape it with a spoon to get the jelly to go through.

I use different varieties of seedless all the time. It soaks in and acts like a glue to hold the pieces together.
