Okay, I get the concept of charging a price based on the # of servings. My question is regarding the extras ... modeled figures, fancy gumpaste flowers etc. How do you set a price for these?

figure the cost of your material and how long it will take you to make thee m. Then compute that time by an hourly rate (and ten bucks an hour is NOT a "reasonable" rate for that kind of work).

For example, if I used $3 worth of fondant and it took me an hour to make the figure, I'd charge $25 per figure, and that would be throwing in the material for free. icon_rolleyes.gif
