I'm making a wedding cake for the Fair. The cake will sit there for a least 2 weeks. The top two tiers can be fake cake. Will crusting bc cling to the Press and Seal (that bc will also be topped with fondant) and not for some freaky reason slide off? Does anyone have experience with this. I've heard someone has done it but I can't find who it was. It's suppose to be easier on clean-up!
