I am not sure who's recipe I have for the Quick Chocolate Cola Cake, but I was wondering if anyone has tried this cake ? Can I freeze and carve it ? Can I use the Cola Icing as filling and then cover with chocolate buttercream? Is that a good combination? Any other flavor combinations / suggestions?

I am planning on making a carved glass with the coke can suspended above pouring coke into the glass. I thought it would be nice to make the coke cake.

Any help would be appreciated !!
