Bride wants plain white cake with vanilla filling. Using the 3d cake recipe along with the Bavarian Creme pastry filling. Do you think that combo will taste ok to the guests? Or is there another vanilla filling recipe that would be more delicious? Filling must be able to be kept overnight without being in fridge.
Usually we use something fruity with the white cake to liven it up a little. Vanilla is what the bride wants due to simplicity - she won't be eating the cake (making a gluten-free cake "on the side" for her). I am a guest at the wedding and really want to hear those positive comments Thanks!
