I am making a cake not like the one below but it will have some of the dangling things at the top of the cake. Any clues on how and what they make them out of. Any help is appreciated . THANK YOU !

fondant and floral wire.

fondant thick enough you can insert the wire into it without is showing through on either side.

then stick wire into cake (tho' some prefer to dip into-cake end of wire in melted chocolate for better grip and prevent bare metal contact with cake)
