I am making an 8" round cake for 15 servings. It measures 2 1/2" high, filled right now. This will not quite be 15 right? It has been such a long week (sick kids, etc...you know how it goes!). Do I need to add another layer? Thanks!

Tight, but I think it will be fine once you get the buttercream on. We sell 8" rounds here @ 2" and change and tell ppl 10-12 svgs.
