It seems that I over flavored my italian merengue with too much peanut butter. Do I need to make a new batch or can it be saved???
It looks like it is seperating.
Help I need it for tommorrow.

by the way I am beating the crap out of it right now with my KA. I think I will for about 20min. It looks good now but Im afraid it will separate again like before.

I made some italian buttercream for the first time last night and mine did the same thing. I hardly had any flavour added to it. I just kept beating it and then it all came together nicely.. Hope it works out for you..
Thanks, When I beat it it comes together. Its just not the consistancy Im used too.
I think I added to much peanut butter. I used a natural one that is oiler then traditional PB. I think I will never do that again.
I wonder if I can use this stuff for a cake.
