I thought i'd ask here since I need a quick response How much icing do you think i'll need for icing 140 cupcakes with a 1M Wilton tip in a swirl atop each cuppie? I've made sugarshack's bc twice, so about 12 quarts, and I don't think it's enough. I'll start icing them Saturday, but i'd rather make it all in advance. Think it's enough?
