My fondant seemed fine till I started rolling it out. It was sticking and peeling up onto the roller so I added some conf. sugar and it stopped sticking but started breaking apart. I've needed in some more crisco, but it doesn't seem to be helping. Any suggestions?
What kind of fondant.. all I us is MMF.
Its a recipe I found for Rolled Buttercream Fondant. I've never used it before.
