Italian Meringue Icing Recipes

Does anyone have a good recipe for Italian Meringe icing and how is it different that Swiss Meringue?

With IMBC you whip the egg whites and then add a sugar syrup that has been boiled to 225 deg F. With SMBC you cook the egg whites and sugar together in a double boiler then whip the cooked mixture.
