Hi there am newbie to this site and I'm loving it.... so I'm hoping i have posted this in the right place. Anyhow i'll get to it!

When I colour my fondant at the time it looks as though I have the achieved the right colour. But then as it sets it looks a lighter powdery colour.

I am eager to hear people's thoughts on this!
