Ok, I have a request this weekend for a pink champagne cake....
I found the recipe, sounds very easy to make....but can i decorate with the frosting? The customer wants it 1/4 sheet with brown polka dots??? Is this gonna look ok??
Also, how much do I even charge for this?
Yes this cake is very yummy and easy to frost.
Um I would charge by the serving what ever it is you charge per serving.

Oh well if you want I would probably add alittle extra to it to cover the liquor charge That does make a little difference.
