Just trying to figure how much to make. I will be piping on a large swirl and will be making single batches ( 2lb bag powdered sugar)of frosting. Any ideas? Tips are welcome. Thank-you much, it's for a fundraiser for a family battling cancer and I'm just doing what I can to help out.
Depends how much one batch of your icing makes. Maybe make a batch and then see how many cups you get. Then pipe like you would on a cupcake onto a wax paper (ie. trace a circle as big as a cupcake top, and pipe that) then scoop whatever you used into a measuring cup and see how much it was (roughly) then you'll know how many you can get out of one batch (approximately)
