I am also trying to make one. Well 3 mini coppers actually. I've been at it for 3 days trying different things. The best i've come up with so far is to cut templates ie. sides, roof front back etc. Cut round these on gumpaste, and when they go hard use royal icing to "glue" the bits togther to form a car. Like i said i am in the process of doing at the moment, so i don't know how it will turn out but i hope this has helped a little xx
