Is anyone attending the Wedding Merchant Business Academy in Las Vegas Sept 21-24? It's the business end of weddings, not cakes. but you can bet I'm going to check out a couple of bakeries while I'm there. I'm really looking forward all the seminars, especially Darcy from Martha Stewart talking about 2010 trends.
