Hey everyone!

On impulse, I bought a bag of CK Dry fondant... I was thinking I could try to use it for poured fondant on cupcakes... Any ideas? Has anyone used it for that, if so what recipe did you use, and if this stuff is for something else maybe someone can fill me in too! icon_wink.gif

Yes you can use it for that. The dry fondant is for making poured fondant or candy centers. You can't make rolled fondant from it, that's different.

You mix it up as per instructions (water, flavoring of choice, coloring of choice), You can make it as thick or thin as you want depending on how much water you add to the mix. Dip your cupcake tops into it (just hold them upside down and dip the tops), then let them set. You can also use this for petite fours, cake glaze or cookie glaze.
