i am in uk and we dont really have white cake as such here but after seeing so much about it here i wanted to try it...and i was pleasantly surprised, i had imagined that lack of egg yolks would mean lack of moisture but not so !!!!!!
I havent filled it, just cut it up and tried a piece but will make one with syrup and filling next and have high hopes for it just wanted to share !
