Has anyone tried the low sugar cakemix? If so, what did you think of it...and do you think it could be enhanced with the Cake Dr. pound cake recipe using sugar free pudding?

I made one of those and it was good--it was for us though-I can't tolerate sugar very well-way low thyroid--but I baked it straight up--no tweaking --no icing even--I could say that it would be worth the try. It's a good product.

But I wouldn't think sugar free pudding is going to give a similar result like a regular pudding mix will--but I don't know for sure.

I'd be very interested in hearing about your experiments though.
