I am wondering if anyone has tried to do a topsy turvy cake in bc? I have not done a Topsy turvy cake yet but plan to make one for a friend in a couple of weeks and she has mentioned her dislike of fondant on several occasions.

So I am wondering if anyone else has tried this and if there are any tips you could pass along. Thanks.

I have done 2 in buttercream - works just fine!

Here is my first one (EVER!)

And here is the next one (which is really scarlet and gray - not sure what happened with the colors)
