Do you ever panic that your cake is going to fall apart or break in some unfixable was before the client picks it up?

not so much because the panic over having to clean the house overrides~
there's panic and there's panic kwim

I panic when I don't like the cake or I don't think I've done a good job on it!! But it never fails, the customer always thinks it's BEAUTIFUL!!! Phew!!

I just recently started doing cakes and selling. so I'm a nervous wreck.
and same on getting the house cleaned....I make so much of a mess when I'm baking lol
