I am making a 3 tier, white fondant covered wedding cake. The sizes are 14" - 12" - 10". It will have fresh roses on the top tier and black ribbon around all three tiers. Each tier will have a different filling. Pretty simple cake. This is for a friend that I have known since kindergarten. I have no idea what to charge her. Any ideas? Thanks in advance...

It sounds like it is going to be a beautiful cake when it is complete. Sorry I don't have any advise on the price. princess.gif

What's your regular price for fondant? Some people will give their friends and family a discount. So say you want to give a 25% discount - and you regularly charge $3.00 a slice. That would mean each slice would cost $2.25.

Hope this helps.
