I have lloked the forums over and can't find the answer to this one...can whipped ganache be frozen? If not, then how long will it keep in the fridge? I have a big bowl left over and don't want to have to throw it out. Thanks

I have frozen both the pourable ganache and also the one that you use under fondant (2 to 1 ratio). When I want to reuse it again, I simply set it out at room temp and it will defrost in no time. For the pourable ganache I let it sit out and once it has come to room temp I put it in the microwave to melt it again so it can become pourable. Does this make sense.
