I got my first order of Americolor (black and red) and LOVE them.... but now I have an order for 250 cupcakes and they need to be iced in plum purple, burnt orange and 'brick yellow (? I think it's a golden yellow brick road kind of yellow, so they describe).

I don't trust myself trying to make these work with Wilton and would like to order the right colours in Americolor to pull this off, but since I'm ordering online I don't know what colours to order so I can achieve those colours - can anyone help me out?? PLEASE!

I looked at a colour wheel - am I understanding correctly that if I add a bit of blue to regular orange, that will get me the next shade (or whatever the technical word is)?
