Please someone, can I have a good smbc recipe that I can use under my fondant, need to make some nice clean edges with it.
There are so many recipes in the recipes section and I need a recommendation.
I want to make it today for use tomorrow.

I've never used it under fondant - but this is my favorite SMBC recipe. It's delicious!!

I used the recipe posted by cylstrial. It worked well and tastes awesome, just be sure to use unsalted butter and put your frosted cake in the fridge so the SMBC is firm to the touch before adding fondant.
