hello...just want to ask...what do you use to put the batter in the cupcake liner to make them the same size???

I use a disher (aka cookie scoop). They're also great for making sure your drop cookies are all the same size. I use mine to help form/size meatballs, too. Here's a link to CKSA's assortment of them. Sorry, it doesn't give volume for them, but if you email the CKSA staff, they can prob recommend which one to use for cuppies.

I also use a cookie scoop. They are almost always the same size! And it's so much easier and cleaner to use one as well.
#16 or #24 cookie scoop for regular size cupcakes.
If I want mini cupcakes I use a #40 or #60 scoop.
Some of my batters rise more than others so depending on the batter I choose the scoop accordingly.
I use Pampered Chef's large ice cream scoop...perfect cupcakes every time!
