I'm making lemon WASC and lemon curd filling, do I use fresh lemon juice or can I use the bottled kind? Would it change the taste? TIA
If I were you, I'd use the fresh lemon juice. I use fresh lemons juice in my cakes and fillings because I don't like the strange taste that the bottled lemon juice has. I can't explain what it tastes like but I just think it tastes weird. JMO
