I am trying to source colour paste with little or no enumbers in them, does anyone know how I can get hold of them? Something must exist now all the big confectionary companies boast 'no artificial colours'.

Thanks so much
Claire

Had to look up "enumbers" on wikipedia...we don't use that term here in the US (we just say artificial food color/flavor). icon_biggrin.gif

Country Kitchen now sells natural food colors, not sure if you can purchase those to be shipped over the pond or not. They are manufactured by Chefmaster.
